comin from tomei 4.4 stroker kit

and throttle bodies

 

I dont know if any one actualy makes throttle bodies but worth a ask

If you're gonna do pistons, go for 8.5:1 compression, since this is much better option of you want to turbocharge later.

 

You'll need to completely re-do fuel systme of course, full fuel return, different injectors etc.

yeah I know about the rest Ill have to fit but they were the main parts

 

Ive never seen throttle bodies avaliable

but how much can the standard intake system/plenum take until it becomes restrictive

The standard plenum is considered restrictive even stock because of flow to cylinders 1 and 2 (leading to lean condition). Any after-marekt plenum is better (Kinetix, Crawford or APS to name but three).

 

They have done TBs in the States - see my350z for details

 

Why do want to go stroker rather than proven supercharger or singlw/twin turbo solutions? It will cost probably more too?

out of interest due to been new to the modding of the vq engine what range of power will i be looking at as a guess

IIRC the gain vs price was very unfavourable to that sort of operation

ok then if I go sc route what compression pistons would be most efficient

because standard compression wont be optimal for a blower

but what blowers do what some will use standard plenum some wont

also if you have upgraded n/a cams in place will they lower its efficiency compard to s/c designed cams????

 

also i see stage 1 2 3 blowers etc what power readings will these realistically give out

the "stage" blowers are just from Stillen which I don't rate as a SC in the first place, ask Mr.F

 

Internals will be good tilll about 450bhp and similar torque.
