P2 servicing In Essex

Hi,

 

Has anyone had any first hand experiences with the dealers in Essex?

I’m about to book mine in for a P2 but I’m a bit surprised by the cost…

 

Nissan Chelmsford quoted £317.50 for a P2 or £362.00 with an engine flush and fuel additive.

Nissan Romford quoted the same amount...

 

That seems an awful lot of cash to me for not much work. At 54k I guess I’ll need some plugs too at £69+vat.

 

Any thoughts or experiences appreciated.

just booked my P3 which is bigger than the P2 for £220 supplying my own oil. I think up Narf is cheaper than down sarf though

Blimey, it's probably cheaper after fuel to drive across the country for a service! Do you know which franchise runs your local dealer? It's a Glyn Hopkin monopoly round here.

 

Glyn no doubt has a very nice house!

Man its going to suck when my cousin leaves Nissan, I had a P3 done for £100 cash.

didnt know you were based in essex, you should come over to the thurrock meets and essex meets ?

 

My P3 service, i went to nissan slough, the manager's name is mark, metion my name also Mark , and he should sort you out, was a very good price from what a member compared to down here in essex, and plus had a free M.O.T
