What do i need

iv got the bose system in at the moment but want to change to my Pioneer AVH-P5900DVD flip screen unit. I still want to keep the bose amp and use the speakers and the sub. What are these PAC units that people talk about and where do u get them. Also can i still use my bluetooth or does this require another adapter. I believe my unit is bluetooth compatible. Iv got a micra adapter from my navara will this work? Is there a factory earth around so i dont need to tap into the handbrake sensor for the DVD

 

Any help will be greatly appreciated

Hi Jim,

 

To connect the bose amp you need a PAC-ROEM-NIS2, run a google search or one or look on ebay.

To retain the steering wheel controls you need something like this

I've not bothered to change mine yet so I can't offer any help from personal experience!
