Are any spoilers for example Nismo etc, a direct bolt on? if not how easy are they to fit.

no direct bolt on, you have to do additional holes mate.

 

I left it to professionals, but with the template for the holes (mine came with it) should be doable

an ex-owner in Blackpool, avoid Middlehurst who I went to first, they did a botched job in taking off the oem spoiler and scratched my boot to death

I see by one of your pictures, that it looks like you work in Trafford park, I also work in Trafford park, any chance of having a look at your spoiler sometime? ( I used to have connections with Speedy Hire, thats how I noticed the location)

I don't necessarily work there, but I live in the area

 

no problem for the nose around mine, although it is a bit of a different one as it's the US Nismo version

I wouldn't mind having a look to get an idea, I have ordered a new Z, but I don't collect it until July 1st, so having a close look at one with a few mods on would be great.

I still have to fit mine, but was wondering if the standard boot piston thingy will hold the boot fully open without it dropping?

When you fit a spoiler, I would recommend that you remove the counter balance weight inside the boot lid lining
