Passenger window

Can anyone help with this? When my passenger window is full down and I raise it using the 'one touch' function on the button, the window fully closes then opens to about a third of the way down on it's own. I can close it by holding the button up, and it stays shut. But if I use the 'one touch' the above happens. Never noticed when this began as I don't drive that much (work), and when I am home, it's rains. A lot. Any ideas peeps?
