How do i stop noisy boot hatch when driving?

when driving and hitting any bumps on road the boot rattles as if its not shut properly (it is definitly shut properly!) the noise is coming from the inside where the catch is!

Hello and welcome. Sounds like the catch needs adjusting. Is the car brand new? If it is return to dealer to sort out.

Welcome Helen. If your Zed is brand new it's up to the dealer to sort it out for you, that's why you buy a new car for the warranty etc. Let us know how you get on.

Guess it is going to be time for you and a friend to fiddle, not a lot of room in the back for someone to easily identify direct source. This is one of those irritating things that you hope turns out to be something not to do with the car rolling about in a cubby hole, embarrassing but very easily fixed.
