370z auto gearbox oil change

As any one changed oil in 370 auto gearbox with filter change 

and used after market filter and had problems refitting filter ,not being able to tighten set screws or bolts because the nut holding it spins so it won’t tighten

all the videos I have seen all the fasteners look like set screws
