I had never heard of the recall but it was picked up a few weeks ago when the car went in for its first PI service and the dealer ran the reg and VIN No. through the Nissan database which apparently records if your car has been done. Dealer needed the car for a whole day - apparently the slave cylinder mod involved dropping the gearbox. Also, don't forget to bring in your spare key when you get the work done as all keys need coded to the new BCM. Dealer forgot to mention this and I need to go back to get my spare key coded. Quote
