Chris M Posted July 16, 2021 Share Posted July 16, 2021 I have a 2003 import with the Bose amp, The car came with no headunit when I bought it but I had a spare pioneer unit I put into it. My issue is from time to time the sound decides to reduce the volume down to zero all by itself, trying to increase the volume will result in it immediately reducing its self again. From what little information I can find I think this is down to the auto piolet microphone under the steering column, it was put there to reduce or increase volume when road noise is present.
