Rear Foglights /Indicators/Reversing Light Cluster

I have moved to France, and so now those on my 2009 roadsters are on the wrong sides, and it has failed the French MOT. Any ideas on sourcing or solutions please ?

Lazurus, same thing here, I am near Limoges.

 

I had thought of changing both clusters to dynamic indicators (or whatever they are called) with a fog light in the centre.

 

Alternative is to buy a Left Hand drive cluster and add a fog light in the middle.

No idea if they are any good, but at least you will be able to register your car on Frenchie plates.  Let me know what the pollution tax comes to.
