Tall Boy plenum on ebay up for grabs

Seen this on ebay and was initially interested in it but not sure if will clear OEM strut brace even though ad states 

 “assured by a few people that it will fit under the standard strut with ~8mm spacer under the strut, I cannot confirm that, just passing on what I was told.”
