flashing airbag light cause?

Mine's started flashing again (this time while driving) it's now doing it once a month or so, I can reset it fine but I'm guessing at this rate there's a genuine fault that needs addressing.

 

What's the usual causes?

The most frequent cause is a loose connector under one of the seats.
