garak112 Posted May 6, 2018 Share Posted May 6, 2018 I fitted my berk hfc's last July and have had the CEL come on a couple of times since then, no loss of power or anything. Errors are P0139, P0159, P1147 and P1167. Looked under the car yesterday and could see soot build up between the joint between hfc and y pipe on both sides and evidence of it leaking through the gasket. Tried tightening back up but both sides were already fully tight. Is this a known issue with the berk gaskets? Would this cause the error? I've ordered new OEM ones to replace them with. I'm also going to swap the manifold to cat gaskets because I'm now worried they might go too. When I did the hfcs I also did the banana arms so had loads of space because the subframe was out.
