Coilovers or lowering springs and wheels , bumpers

Hi all looking for coilovers or a set of lowering springs and possibly shocks, also after some new wheels either 18s or 19s but want wide 9 or 9.5 upfront and 10 or 11 rears  

Also possibly looking for a aftermarket front bumper and rear might also be interested in some facelift headlights
