at the moment i only got white and red connected , yellow and black are not  . is that not correct ?

It looks from the picture you posted in an earlier post you have connected your front speakers to the sub woofer output which would explain why you get no sound when you turn this output off via the head unit.  You need to connect the rca leads to the ones that come out of the right hand side as you look at the back of the unit, the bunch of grey wires, that should resolve your issues.

yea  i  was under the impression those leads where for an external amp .  all working now ^^    i'll post a pic once i re fitted the dash board
