De slight engine squeak

Every now and again after my engine has warmed up after a drive an I stop still I can hear a slight squeak like a bar ring maybe or something coming from the engine.

I lifted up the bonnet and it sounded like it was coming from the Farr left wheel belt guide thing.

It started about a month ago and iv heard it maybe 4 times.

Any ideas?
