Clutch smell when driving hard.

I had the clutch and flywheel replaced about 5 months ago. I rarely drive the car hard but if say I drive in third until 6.5k then let off, i get that classic clutch smell coming though. I've heard break pads are made of similar material but those are also only half way through their use.

 

Worried and confused. Anyone shed any light? I'll be sure to assume it's expensive.

Is the RPM rising more than you would expect for the road speed? where is the bite point of the clutch peddle?

No peddle seems fine. Engine sounds and Revs smooth.

Bite point feels normal.
