zed4life Posted September 26, 2016 Share Posted September 26, 2016 Hi all, I have a cobra resonated catback and thinking to purchase some High flow cats. firstly has anyone got any videos of this set up(cobra all the way through) and secondly do you need to get it mapped with HFC.I know you do with decats but is it imperative for the sports cats? Bigjimg Posted September 28, 2016 Share Posted September 28, 2016 (edited) The cobra system is still on my car and will remain on, love the sound it makes and putting the Cobra HFC's on just made it better to be honest, slightly deeper tone. Only vid I have outside of the car is on tickover you can see both in this post, http://www.350z-uk.c...a-hfc-question/ First vid without HFC and second is with HFC The difference is subtle but it does get angry sounding when you give it plenty of throttle! Just sailed through its MOT yesterday with this setup and never thrown any lights up on the dash.
