Banz Posted June 26, 2016 Share Posted June 26, 2016 Finally decided to record a video of it. This is cold start this morning with AC on. Took 20 seconds for the noise to go away. Then it came back later after about 30 seconds and lasted another 10 seconds. Garage says the belt look fine and it isn't loose. Just need a bit of grease. Banz Posted July 13, 2016 Author Share Posted July 13, 2016 So I sprayed some belt grip spray. It fixed the noise straight away. No more noise when I cold start the engine. But now it makes the squeaky noise when it is in gear and running....... takes about 5 minutes for it to go away rather than 30 seconds.... Ollydykins Posted July 21, 2016 Share Posted July 21, 2016 Hey buddy I have got the exact same noise! Comes and goes, and my belts have been recently changed. As far as I can tell, MINE is my idler A/C pulley, it's been taken of and greased (apparently) but the noise creeps back every now and again.
