Decent bodyshop in Essex?

I've fitted a splitter to my front bumper ( thanks Buster 🙂 ) and I'm looking for decent bodyshop recommendations. Need it bonded, filled and spayed. I'm in Colchester in Essex so the nearer the better. I know RK Tuning in Rayleigh use someone on the A127 but I can't remember who.

 

Also looking to fit spats and a rear diffuser to go with my newish Cobra non resonated exhaust.

Again, any recommendations on which spats and diffuser to use would be very helpful.
