Fuel Flap Button Bracket? And Passenger door handle cover?

Some how I have lost the bracket that holds the fuel Flap release button in place! I have the button and screws God knows where the bracket went can't even remember removing it which is probably why it got lost

 

Also lost the lol cover thay goes inside the interior door handle to cover the bolt looks kind of like a spork lol passenger side
