window whistling

When i travel at high speed on the motorway my window starts whistling now and again. Could this just be the window rubber not sealing properly, if so does anyone know where i can pick one up from?

If you strip back the door you will see there are some screws to adjust the lean of the window. This adjustes how hard against the car the glass sits. I would try this first. Nissan tech guys showed me this when I had a new regulator.
