I know I've been asked before for catalogue numbers of replacement brushes that with a little fettling do the job (mine are 2 years in with no problems) but I lost the info. Well I've found the part numbers so here goes for anyone wishing to save a fair few quid and fitting their own:

Eurton Electric Company = Part No; 2227140 cost @£5 posted

Reedy Serrated Brushes = Part No; 767 £3 pair

I've yet to get a catalogue number for brushes from RadioShack.

Radio Control car parts suppliers you can try Trinity 4500NT for approx. £2 to £3 a pair,

I hope this helps anyone who wishes to try a little DIY. As I mentioned a little fettling may be needed but mine have been trouble free for 2 years plus.

Good man! Ive had now passenger side motor for a few months now, the only ones i could find in the right size where from china and im still waiting after many poorly translated emails!

When you say a little fettling do you mean filing them down to fit in the guides?

Yup, you've got it. Its not a great deal of work at all and like I say mine has been running trouble free for 2 years plus (except for today, but that was just damp in the switches on the drivers side switch panel, a squirt of Q45 and all is well again).

Cool, I think I'll accept the loss of the £3 China brushes and order some of the above! Not that I want the window open anytime soon, defenetly not the weather for crusing around, window down listening to the exhaust. :(
