Re-Trimmed Genuine 350z Gear knob

I have a genuine 350z Gear knob, in excellent condition retrimmed by Si at Hide 'N' Seat and never used as i brought a Nismo knob. There is a mark on the gear pattern between the 2nd and 4th gear as you can see in the pictures.

I cant seem to take a good picture, the leather is in new condition as is hasnt been used since its retrim, the only mark is on the gear insert
