Chargespeed rear, HKS/Rep exhaust, possible wheel swap for gunmetal rays w/ spacers

As title, I have a black UK 350z but colour of the chargespeed doesn't matter if price is ok, my standard good condition one could be a p/x.

 

HKS / rep exhaust, I have a scorpion on at the moment that could do a swap / deal with.

 

Also may be looking for a pair of aftermarket or standard wheels (only a pair = 2) open to anything 17 or 18", I have standard Rays refurbished in gunmetal in excellent condition w/ tyres if something comes up again possible p/x deal. They have eibach 20/25mm spacers fitted also.
