Difference in rear bumpers

Hi guys I have a 2006 face lift 350, are there any difference in rear bumlers from the pre face lift. I want a rear diffuser but need to make sure the diffuser will fit

I believe there were no changes made to the UK rear bumper during the facelift. The front bumper was changed as were the rear lights but nothing changed on the rear bumper.
