i am thinking of getting one of those cheapie double din units from ebay. the gps/bluetooth/dvd ones for about £320. i want to put it in the cubby hole in the dash.....can this work alongside the normal stereo or does this become redundant. I know there is no point then having the normal stereo but hate having things in my car that dont work and if i remove it i have a double din size hole. any ideas.

the red one was messing about, so over weekend went to nissan. they had a 04 GT in gunmetal, 20k on clock, with the orange leather etc. left deposit and waving goodbye to the lexus this week after they have mot'd it........ finally....im getting there......

well, plot thickens...lol just been offered a 04 red roadster form a dealer who will take mine and give me money back, cant be bad. as i say 04 roadster with 8k on clock and on forecourt its 14.5k i think......looks nice too, never really liked red but looks ok on the zed. mmm, decisions, decisions..............

afternoon, looks like its gone up in smoke, the dealer jsut pulled out of buying my car so now left wiht no part ex deal...grrrrrrrrr. at least i got my deposit back thoguh, could have been worse...... i'll keep lookign though if i still have the energy.

oh ok thanks, thats what i thought though, got a few prices for around £200 for a full service with reputable garages near me. seemed reasonable enough. anybody down near brighton can advise otherwise?

oh ok......thanks for the info..... trim does look very similar though...... with the import 350z would you also advise not to bother with nissan and take it to an independant garage??

good good......hopefully anoth week and it will have cleared the tests and be all ready to pick up... is the 06 a higher bhp as i know they revised it at sompoint?

hope not...although i do like the 'luxury' of the lexus....think that is the only thing i will miss......and i only get 30mpg so not a great difference.

something much more scary to drive..........lexus is220. completely different...lol owned a couple of scoobies in the past so no stranger to fast cars....just never had a all out 2 seater.large engine car before.

hey people, just joined up here and about to take the plunge and buy a 350z import 06 auto in white (added pic) 6k on the clock too looks all ok and currently waitign its test to be carried out by the dealer. what you guys think, look ok? its costing me about 17k being a bit new to this would appreciate any help/advice on it. thanks again
