  1. Just dug out the service book and it goes as follows for anyone who is interested:

    07/2005 P1 2982 miles

    07/2006 P2 5187 miles

    01/2007 P1 14703 miles

    01/2008 P3 24132 miles

    02/2009 P1 30101 miles

    03/2010 P3 34076 miles

As you will notice it was serviced only 1k (ish ago) and mot'd about 2k (ish ago). So will have no problems with its next MOT 100%.

    any questions let me know.

  2. Hi everyone,

I am now selling my 350 as its been 3 months since my knee op and i still cant drive a manual, and although i dont want to sell it there is just no point having it on my drive doing nothing.

    it is as follows:

    Nissan 350Z 3.5 V6 GT UK CAR

2004 (04 Reg) 3 Doors, Manual, Coupe, Petrol, 35,000 miles, Gun Metal Grey, Full GT Pack includ. Cruise Control, steering wheel controls, Full Leather Seats, Bose Premium Audio Pack with Sub-woofer, Air conditioning,, JWT Pop-charger,heated seats, Bluetooth Phone connectivity w/voice control, Brembo brakes, Boot lip spoiler, ABS, ESP, remote central locking, Immobiliser, Passenger airbag, Side airbags, Drivers Airbag, Radio & 6CD Multichanger, Electric Sports seats, Alarm, Body coloured bumpers, Drivers airbag, Electric folding and heated door mirrors, Height adjustable drivers seat, Steering wheel adjustment. Insurance Group:18. original airbox available.

I have also installed a double din pioneer touchscreen unit which does DVD, MP3, ipod, handsfree etc which is negotiable otherwise the bose goes back in.

MOt is jan 2011, although i have only doen about 3 k since last mot which had no advisory so will be a formality.

Car is in very good condition, leather is like new and bodywork is good.

Number plate will be coming off car back on to its original which coincidentally ends 'zdd' ?

For the pics please have a look at the following as i dont know how to add pics on here

    i am asking £9450 ono.

  3. not a bad idea that. why on earth can they not make one to fit properly, surely there is serious demand for that.

also, do oyu have to fit it from behind and take everythign out again?

was hoping it was going to clip on front as a normal fascia does??

thanks for the pic also areciate it.

  4. update

got my fascia this morning and not convinced with it. God service again from sextons. v fast delivery.

but it needs to have the centre bit cut out which i dint think the one i ordered needed to have and also i have put it u against my HU and if i do cut the middle bit out so its double din, then the bottom bit of the fascia is too skinny and will leave a gap??

is this normal as its not going to look v good, but not quite sure what other options there are.

Also to fit this fascia you have to remove the whole head unit again as it fits from the back, what a nightmare.......as it doesnt look like it will purely clip to the front.

any ideas on this gap guys??

    thanks

  5. well,

just to give you guys an update on this as may help someone else. maybe

i looked at srobien install but decided to 'simply' plug it in to see if it worked before earthing this and grounding that etc and it works. I attached the handbrake cable to the chassis and this allows me to bypass the handbrake also, despite posts of havign to use relays etc.

I am just waiting for my fascia to come through from saxons (who have been really good, and can def recomend , as ordered something i didnt want and they emailed me straight back, adjusted the order and refunded me the money) and once this arrives then should be all good.

Head unit is very good, very pleased, used wihtout a line driver and sounds as loud as it should do which is good.

all in all hay at the moment :teeth:

thanks to everyone for their help in previous replies, greatly appreciated.

  6. just on my second read through it.

I think i have got it now.

couple of leads to get still. steering wheel ones if i want them,

definately the line driver as that was my complaint from when i had a single din...so quiet.

not sure what the 29-007 Cable (This is a Pioneer specific adapter for the above cable will do for me as i had a single din pioneer in previously and was ok and never had this?

i think i am now upto speed. thanks for the advice. hopefully will be straightforward.

  7. i will probably be the same, although nice to know it can play them if i want it to.......

that fascia link posted earlier was for a single din one...i am after a double din so if anyone got a godo one and can point me in the right direction it would be appreciated.

    thanks

  8. no thats definately not what i wanted.

the head unit needs to be connected to the handbrake to work. i/e when the handbrak is on then i lets me watch dvd's etc. so if i dont connect the cable up it think the hand brake is off so wont work. doeas that explain better?

  9. hi everyone,

i have just bought a pioneer avh-3200bt to replace my single din pioneer.

I will obviously now need a double din fascia. anyone recommend a good fitting one?

also, the HU plays dvd's but need a cable hardwiring to the handbrake so the dvd player works. i can change the HU ok as took the bose out, did the wiring adapter ok, and put the single HU in but never wired to a handbrake before, has anyone doen this before and can run me through it??

    any help appreciated.

    thanks

  10. oh ok thanks,

maybe i can send him an email see if he can do the size to match the 350 so i can transfer my tyres over. save a few quid.

anyone got pics of them on their car to show??

or any other ideas similar price?

  11. oh nice. Not sure bout it stopping snowing mind you.

Where did you get it from in the end?

Not ordered mine yet.waiting till payday.

Let me know what you think though once fitted. I will be very interested.

    Thanks

  12. hi guys,

im looking at the scorpion too. been debating it for a while now and seeing the reviews and hearing it has pushed me onto it.

quick question. where is the best and cheapest place to get it from?? and group buys or anythign happening anyone know.

seen on ebay for £315 delivered from larkspeed.??

    thanks

  13. such a good response. definately going to do the plenum and will 'attempt' this myself.

then will exhaust i reckon just for a bit of extra noise.

then i think a re-map could be on the cards after that.....

    thanks for all the advice.......
