I bought a damaged 370z a few months ago with the airbags deployed. I have since replaced the bags and have been driving with the warning light still on. When I have taken the car to my auto electrician, he is having massive problems communicating with the cars airbag ecu and is not able to do a straight reset as per any other car. He claims the programme on the ecu module is corrupt and cannot be repaired from his PC. A new module would cost c.£2k!! An alternative to buying the new module is to copy the programme from a non damaged car with the airbag ecu intact straight onto my car. Problem is, where can I find this airbag ecu programme data? Does anyone out there have a spare airbag module they could lend me? Or happen to be passing the Barnsley area in the next week or so?! Im sure there are a few others who have repaired these cars before, any advice on how to proceed would be appreciated. (I want this doing properly so no suggestions of just pulling the bulb out ) Thanks Mitchell

Thanks Chris, I have spoken to Alex and Lee but no luck at the moment. Nissan UK sell the separate internal parts for the light so was thinking of ordering the complete unit from US and then maybe swapping out whatever part made it LHD or RHD. Not sure if this will work but maybe someone will be along shortly that does. John

I am needing a new headlight for the 370z and was wandering if there are any major differences between the US and the UK parts. Are the US units totally different to UK versions or can they easily be converted? Am just trying to save a few quid by buying from courtesyparts.com rather than UK stealers! Cheers Mitchell

How do you calculate your 0-60 times from the 1/4 mile print outs? Print outs from my last 1/4 mile only give times to distances and mph at 1000ft, 1/8m and 1/4m. Is there a way to estimate from these?

Yes it was meant to be a joke, sorry if that offended anyone. I have used the parent and child on the very odd occation and only when there are plenty of other empty ones. I honestly dont think there is any way you can 100% ensure you dont get any scrapes or scratches other than not driving the zed at all. At the end of the day its going to happen and you just cant get wound up about it.

I always park in the disabled or preferably the parent and child spaces! (even tho i'm not handicapped in any way or have any children That way you get loads of room and chances are your not going to get clamped etc in the half hour or so your there!

behind the front bumper, to the front of the drivers front wheel. should be able to take the arch liner out and get straight to them. on a jack might help

Dont suppose anyone not doing track time could lend me there towing eye could they? Seem to have lost mine and the stealers want £46 +vat for one! Is it definately needed for track time?
