  4. Anyone's going? I am joining the group from the Mitsubishi Lancer Register Forum coming down from the UK for these two combined events. I am also doing Hockenheim on May8! Let me know if any other Z is going to attend. Carlo
  5. update: some other forum members from the US say that the only difference between the two kits is the "throwout bearing" and that the clutches are the same....
  6. We brought the 03-06 aftermarket clutch/flywheel kit to a Nissan dealer and compared with my friend's MY07 Nisan OEM flywheel/clutch block and it seems like there is a substantial difference which is: - 03-06 clutch is "mechanical type" - 07 313ps clutch is "hydraulic type" So the chief mechanic says that we cannot install it on his car (MY07 313ps).
  7. Does anybody know which Clutch/Flywheel kit for the MY2007 350Z (313PS) are available? Do the clutch/flywheel kits ment for the "old" 280/300ps (2003-2006) work "plug-play" with the new MY2007 313 model or is it a specific one needed? Let me know. Bye, Carlo
  8. Hi Chris! No.. no need to replace anything (at least for now). Normally i start slowing down a bit when one (or more) of these condition occurs.... - braking starts fading.. - tyres starts squeaking too soon (over inflated them maybe ) - i am tired due to heat - i am satisfied after a "best lap".. - i want to wait for someone else to reach me and challenge These brake pads i have now have already 5 trackdays for a total of 160 minutes of track driving. Thay are still good! Brake rotors are still the original ones from when the car was delivered and now have about 28.000Km on the clock (it had never been at track before i purchased the car in September 2007). If you want to see more of my track driving.. here you go (this is MUGELLO track property of Ferrari): http://www.mstuning.net/csan/mugelloZ/mugello1130.wmv http://www.mstuning.net/csan/mugelloZ/mugello1230.wmv
