  2. i've only really drove a couple of miles at the min so not had a proper chance to find out, i've seen that quite alot of people on here have the same set up and they're happy with theirs.

  4. Thanks martin, i was told there would be more mechanical noise but i just thought it would be more from the gearbox rather than what sounds like from the diff. Hopefully it is just because of the new set up, dont think i have the heart to start stripping anything else off it for a little while now. lol
  5. I have just changed my clutch and flywheel (exedy clutch and JWT flywheel), took my car for a quick test run and can hear a strange rubbing type noise at the rear of the car, it only happens when i accelerate, not all the time, has any one got any idea what this could be??? thanks guys
  6. Does any one know where i can get a JWT flywheel, or would any one suggest any other flywheels??? thanks
  7. thanks chris, thats great for the plastic panel but theres a metal panel behind that with the motor in there.
  8. would some body mind posting a link to some instructions on how to take off the door panel and internals so i can get to the motor? i'm sure ive seen them on here but cant find it anywhere thanks
  9. would like to aim for around 450BHP when finances allow it, use it weekends on road but would like to try track days here and there.
  10. thanks martinmac, i was thinking roughly along those lines, when you have a lighter flywheel in does the car need to be reved higher when pulling off? and also do the idle revs need to be raised??
  11. I know this has prob been asked a thousand times already but what flywheel and clutch would be best to go for? Engine is standard at the moment but tempted to upgrade at some point.
