What oil would be the best for the z? Does everyone use super unleaded or just unleaded?

i paid 815 vat included plus the 15 delivery.

I was thinking of changing my spoiler. The one i seen was on epracing.com. Does anyone if it fits directly over the orginal spoiler holes? Any advice would be great.
