  1. Unfortunately the time has come to sell my beloved S5 Coupe. In short there is only two reason for my sale...

    1) I have a baby on the way and the S5 will be overtime become too tricky and irritating to get a baby in and out of
    2) I can't justify the need for two cars since I don't need the car for commuting

The car has been in my ownership since July 2015 and I have loved every moment of owning this car. For those who are looking to purchase a S5, the V8 is a amazing and words don't do it justice. I have owned the car from approx. 39,900 miles and have driven 19,000 miles in the last 2.5 years. The car was a weekend drive for 12 months and then used for my daily commute of 20 miles/day for the remaining 18 months.

The car is mechanically faultless and has been well looked after over the years. The car has been fully maintained and looked after, with a full Audi service history. I have the service book, stamps and invoices. The car is due a minor service this month (Jan 2018) and is booked in with Audi for this - I feel it's fair to have this done so the buyer doesn't had an added cost as soon as they buy the car.

The car has a valid MOT until the 11th May 2018, but if I get my asking price or close enough to it then I'll be happy to get a fresh 12 month MOT AND cover the cost of repair for anything that fails.

This is the manual version of the car and in my opinion the right transmission for this car.

    PRICE: £12,950

January 2017 - Replacement of front & rear discs (Brembo) and front & rear brake pads (Brembo)
9th January 2018 - Replacement of both driver and passenger window regulators (these both broke over xmas and have had them fixed today at a cost of £700)

    Exterior:
The car is in overall great condition. It's been well looked after prior to my purchase, and I've continued to look after it throughout my ownership. There are a few minute marks as can be expected with a car this age but since it's not exactly seen many motorway miles it does not have stone chips or dents.

The windscreen is treated with Rainex and the car is washed with with care using a Meguiars lambswool mitt (separate mitt for the tyres), Meguiars Gold shampoo, 2 bucket method, microfibre cloths for drying, dodo juice wax. I periodically treat the car bodywork with Iron Fallout remover; claybar; Tardis tar remover.

Wheels are in great condition; tyres have good treat (I will get exact mm measurements for you). Few scuffs on the alloys but nothing major.

    Interior:
red leather interior which is in excellent condition with no fading to it or any damage. There is some slight wear in the driver seat bolster. Carpets, side trim, dash trim are all in great condition too. The steering wheel has very little wear on it.

    Alloy Wheels and Tyres:
19" x 8.5" S5 alloys. They are in great condition, but have a few minor kerb marks. I will get pictures up of each wheel.

  2. I'd previously advertised the car for sale, but now has come the time that it has to go. Car has no issues but I'll be leaving the country soon so it won't be required.

The car has been in my ownership since May 2014 and in that time it's been well looked after. I have owned the car from 115,500 miles and have done approx 5000 miles in the last 10 months of ownership. The car is used mainly on weekends and occasionally in the weekday.

The car is mechanically faultless and has been well looked after over the years. Thankfully I have a friend who is a BMW mechanic and had done a thorough check before my purchase and has been completed all maintenance for me (fully invoiced and BMW service stamps).

An Inspection II from BMW was completed just after my purchase (June 2014) as well as a new BMW alternator in July 2014. The car passed its MOT with no advisories on 1st October 2014. Road tax is due to expire at the end of April 2015 but this is no longer transferable so makes no difference :)

The car has had a new SMG II gearbox installed in it at a cost of approx £3000 (receipts available for proof).

  3. Great car, very surprised it hasn't sold especially at the price you've got it at right now.

From experience of selling my zed back in June/July 2012, I had 2 people interested, one of which bought the car. It is true what others have said, if someone sees it they will fall in love.

I am in the process of selling my M3 and considering reverting back to a Zed. At 8500 I'd be very interested. The scratch is off-putting and although the Birdseye Nav is pretty rubbish, I'd prefer a car with built in nav. Again, at your price I could let the nav slide!

If I sell my car soon I'd be keen to come and see your zed

  4. NOTE: PHOTOS ADDED - TAKEN THIS MORNING IN THE FREEZING COLD - BETTER PICS TO FOLLOW ONCE I'VE GIVEN HER A WASH

P/X with a Zed would be considered

After some consideration, I've decided to sell my much loved M3. I won't bore you with all the details, but in short there are 2 reasons for my sale:

    1) My wife is not too keen on the SMG box (whereas I loved it as soon I learnt how to handle it)

    2) I'm leaving the country for 6 months early 2015 and the cash will come in handy for my travels - though I would consider P/X with a Zed

The car has been in my ownership since May 2014 and if I don't get a reasonable price for it now then I'll hold onto it until I go and sell it then. Again, the only reason for sale is the 2 points mentioned above. I have owned the car from 115500 miles and have done approx 3500 miles in the last 6 months of ownership. The car is used on weekends mainly and occasionally in the weekday.

The car is mechanically faultless and has been well looked after over the years. Thankfully my neighbour is a BMW mechanic and done a thorough check before my purchase and has been completed all maintenance for me (fully invoiced and BMW service stamps).

An Inspection II from BMW was completed just after my purchase (June 2014) as well as a new BMW alternator in July 2014. The car has just passed its MOT with no advisories on 1st October 2014. 5. Selling a Nokia bluetooth car kit CK-7W.

comes with base module, speaker, mic, wiring, control button, user manual

This was in an old car of mine and hasn't been used in a few years. Its fully functional and has all the bits to it. It can be hooked up to a stereo so that the stereo cuts out when a call is received.

Can't remember how much it was brand new but will take £25 shipped within the UK.

  6. Haha, this was my old zed, sold it to akewt back in 2012.

Price has dropped from over £12k to £11250. I won't tell you what I sold it for!

I'd the 5th owner of it, even though I know it's history, I'm sure it'd be harder to sell a car with 5 owners. I know I wouldn't take one.

  7. Hi all,

After selling my Z in 2012 I've decided to purchase another one.

I've been looking for one for several weeks but not having much luck.

    My ideal spec

313 HR 2007+ GT (uk car only)

    No more than 2 owners

    Under 40k miles

    Black or grey in colour

    Sat Nav preferred

    everything else oem

I'm looking to spend upto £11k which i feel is reasonable for the spec.

What I am struggling with is finding may 313 models, it seems anyone who has one is holding onto them.

I'm keeping an eye on the standard places: autotrader, piston heads, this forum.

Does anyone have any thoughts of where else I can look, or know of any Zeus for sale that meet the spec

  8. I was the 3rd owner of the car, akewt is the 4th and whoever buys it will be the fifth.

FYI...First owner of the car was someone in their 40s who only owned the car from new (2007) to 2008 and only did a few thousand miles in it.

Second owner was a guy who bought it for his son and owned it from '08 to 2011. I bought the car on 27k in May/June 2011 and sold it around 33k to akewt in August 2012. My only reason for sale was a new company car was heading my way.

I would also add that the car has rear parking sensors, which isn't listed in the advert.
