  1. Thanks for advice lads. I found someone else that had the same questions on the site so i am pretty well read up now. Phil ,i cant seem to find your buisness details in the website, can you reply with them so i can make the deal. I certainly dont have a problem driving my zed at over 4000 rpm all the time so the air filter sounds like a good buy. Reidy
  2. Thanks for the advice. I like the look of the one in the picture you posted phil.Who makes it and do the hoses come in blue as my z is blue also ,so it would look pretty good.Do the filters get pretty dirty being so exposed in that area. Is it also easy to remove the old one and put this one on.Sorry loads of questions but thats the great thing about this site getting all this info. Reidy
  3. Hi I was wondering what you guys advise would be the best air filter kit to give me added noise value to my zed.I dont have an performance exhaust fitted.I know there is no bhp advantage so im just looking for some extra noise. Can you also tell me the chaepest place to get it. Cheers Reidy
  4. Thanks for your tips.I will have a listen with the air con switched off and on to see if it makes a difference. As regards to the petrol i feed it shell optimax i wouldnt want those little mouths to go hungary. I do drive with the ESP off when going a bit hard but was still trying to find out if it is a over sensitive system when switched on. Reidy
  5. Hi members. I am new to Z ownership but allready have some niggles.I allready have under warranty some items done .The clicking from the rear axle, new tailgate struts and drivers seat bolster and cover replaced due to excessive wear. Can you help on my next probs. 1. After a run with the engine warm,i give the engine a minute to settle. On idle the engine gives a miss every now and again almost like a back pressure noise sounding from the drivers side footwell.Nissan says this could be unburnt fuel typical of V6.I would of thought that in this modern day it should run smooth. 2.On driving hard into a corner with ESP on , it kicks in sometimes grabbing the brakes . I am not taking risks when it is doing this.Generally one of the wheels is unloaded due to the camber . Any one experience this as its annoying and disturbing. Thanks hope you be of help Reidy
