I'd also like to apologise for the late reply My computer is about as useful as a chocolate fire guard! Both the missus and I had an absolutely brilliant day. Great drive, great locations, great weather, great food, great people and some stunning looking cars. What more could you ask for. I would just like to thank everyone who organised the meet, it has made my 1st experience a total joy and I can't wait for the next road trip. Hope to see you all again soon.

Hi all, Just need abit of backup really, if any1 knows where the import 350z are derestriction from? Whether it be the gearbox pickup or in the dash etc, as my importer assures me that my car has been derestriction although it only does 120mph on the clock, however with the 10% speed allowance that most cars have, that equates roughly to 112mph. Bloody GT-Culture have been nothin but trouble with my car! It's been 1 prob after another and they don't wanna know! I'm sorry i ever raved about them! Thanks all, Lee. PS on a further note, has any1 had probs with their electrics in the drivers foot weld? Eg rear wipers. Due to the Japanese goin overkill on cleanin the inside of my car, they've soaked all the electrics, causing many a problem. Most has been sorted all except the rear window wiper box, with the headlights etc. So if any1 knows how much 1 of those control boxes cost i wud be most grateful. Thanks again.....

Does any1 know where i can find a set of 18" Nismo LM GT4 black alloys? They have them on the Nismo 350z RS concept and they the bees knees! So far i've only found them in white, silver and bronze. Lee.

lomoto No not that i've noticed that. I have however got a LED flick switch which illuminates when the lights r on but i've not got a clue what that does! How did you sort out ur radio?did you buy an expander, or did you just get a uk version?

Lee Yes mine has this feature to, They fold in with alarm/ locking, and dip down automatically when reverse is selected.There is an overide button on right hand side lower dash Yours the same?? Yep i found that button by mistake, kinda hit it with my knee an it took me ages to figure out what i'd done

Cheers all, roughly how many white 350z r there in the uk? Not long fitted a HKS racing suction kit as well, sound sweet! Pics r gonna take a little longer as i'm tryin to get my alarm sorted. There's some strange jap set up on the old alarm in that it also powers the electric mirrors, multi plex wiring apparently. The mirrors also tilt down when i put it in reverse. Is that normal? cause it's a nice little feature! Lee

I finally have her, my imported pearl essence white 350z is gleaming on my drive now fitted with a tracker and toad alarm. She reg'd on the l8 2002 plate with 27000 on the clock, and it drives like new! alloys r in mint condition but running on 17". I cant fault the car at all! Many thanks 2 Ben Linney at GT-CULTURE. PS. Thanks for all the advice ppl. Went to see a company 2day, Safe & Sound. The bloke basically told me the same as what you lot said. Apparently clifford r over rate and over price, and out of most of the brands they tend to go wrong the most! Don't know if any1 else has experienced any probs with their clifford's. Out of all the brands he recommended Toad AI606. £300 fitted, i can live with that, a big difference from £1300!!

Hey all, i need some help choosing an alarm system as this monday i'll be pickin up my white Jap 350z.... When i get my car i want it 2 be really secure. I was lookin at a clifford G5 950 system but with GAP it costs £800-£1300 dependin on whether they've got any other work in the same area!! Dya know where i can find it cheaper or has any1 got any other suggestions? I live in the Chester area so the more local the places the better really. Cheers, Lee.

Thanks for all your comments. The white 1's r apparently the top choice for demo cars ova in Japan. I seen the colour and i was just blown away! Yeah defo gonna get a nice set of alloys when my bank budget builds back up agen Gonna get some hyper black/ black or white 1's. Really lookin forward to JAE, can wait to see all them gorgeous 350z lined up next to each other! what i sight!!!

It's been 3-4months now since i ordered my 350z but it's here now in Luton, and i will be picking her up as soon as it's been SVA'd and fitted with an alarm. She's gorgeous in pearl essence white. Great site by the way. I'm looking forward to JAE 2006, will be my 1st Jap car event. What's it been like in the previous years? [/img]
