LOL, yeah go on; I've never been banned from a message board before I take it your car is blue then?! nparmar, I was talking to a guy who is trying to sell a similar, and hopefully soon to be mine, Zed on autotrader last night. He said he's had no genuine interest apart from me. Seems like the second hand market is very slow mate. My good lady is trying to sell her car at the mo and hasn't had a single call either

I went to view an 04 350Z up for sale privately today, it looked gorgeous externally. Unforunately my current insurance didn't permit me to drive it However, the seller took me for a spin. After some 30mph town traffic we reached the open road. I love the performance of this car! At speed though the main issue I have became apparent in my left ear. A rattling and whooshing was coming from the passenger window. It seemed the glass was being drawn away from the seal allowing air in. Is this a known fault that could be fixed under the remaining warranty on the car (3-4 months)? I don't much fancy getting straight into this type of potential dealer nightmare so early in ownership. Also, the leather interior had suffered a bit more wear than I'd expect. Is this common in Zeds (45k miles)? The gear knob and inside of the drivers door were not great. My current car has done slightly higher mileage without detriment to the interior. My gut instinct is to walk away but if anyone has had similar experiences with their car and can offer advice I'd be grateful. cheers!

I've been browsing these forums for a while and figured that now is the time to say hi as I'm finally in a position to get myself a Z I am after a Kuro for sure. Either an 04 GT or older standard car that I can mod the ICE and alloys with the cash difference. So if anyone is aware of such a car in the Surrey/Berks/Hants area please let me know! Of course I will travel further if necessary. I've got some questions about a test drive I had this morning. I guess I should post them seperately so I'll do that in a bit. cheers Doug
