  1. Great deal on michelin pilot sport for 20's I've just bought a pair and they said they only had 4 more left. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/BRAND-NEW-285-30-20-MICHELIN-PILOT-SPORT-TYRE-125-EACH_W0QQitemZ270434045745QQcmdZViewItemQQptZUK_Cars_Tyres_RL?hash=item3ef7200f31&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14
  2. Hi, I'm looking for some help please. I have recently purchased a 350z with 20" wheels and lowered springs. I have a problem with my tyres the are worn along the inside edges, the fronts are alot worse than the rear. I've had the tracking checked out and it seems ok. The problem I have is with the camber. The results I got for these where: camber left...........-1.08' Right........-2.14' cross camber....... 1.06' What I need to find out is how/If it can be correct? And where? I live in Hull so the least travel possible really. Really I just need to talk to someone who knows what they are on about! I would be very grateful for any help at all. Thanks
  3. 1900 quid but i have 6 points, 2 year no claims and i am 23. thats also delaring all the mods ie 20" alloys, body kit, exhurts and induction kit. Its alot but round the same as what I was paying for insuring the Lotus. so i wasn't shocked.
  4. I went with Adrian Flux in the end. It was a real advantage already having the elise for two years. It brought the quote down quite a bit. Guess they think if i've owned a lotus for two years without rapping it around a tree, i'm probably compitant enough to own a 350. Really can't wait to pick it up now.
  5. I wont burst your bubble of happiness by telling you I had all ready seen it..........oops just did. Thanks for your help with it though.
  6. No worries I will. This week will go by so slowly now though. Plus I'm without a car all week. I had to push rod it to work this morning. I was knacked..
  7. Went up to Glasgow yesterday to look at it. It really is awsome. I put a deposit on it and go back up next friday to pick it up.
  8. Yeh, he mentioned the low mileage. He said he was the second owner and had bought it off an American Race car driver who had a second house over here, (who incidentally had carried out all the modifications, shipped parts from the US) and so hadn’t put that many miles on it. He himself only had it a short while and had only put around 2k in it as he live close to his work. His reason for selling is that he’s job has changed and will be travelling a lot more and is getting a company car. I wasn’t sure if it had been lowered or just looks lower because of the body kit. When asked him about the BHP he said its from the induction kit and the straight through stainless exhaust. Not sure myself how much a de cat would increase its BHP. He has the original so I think I’ll be putting that back on anyway. Although it’s been sold in Glasgow, I don’t know how close to the city he lives, as a friend is selling it for him whilst he’s on holiday. He did tell me where he is from but I can’t remember now. I’m ringing him again tomorrow so I’ll clear a few more thing up with him then. I do like it though!!
  9. What’s your opinion on this 350z . I’m really interested, it’s a bit of a treck up to Glasgow but it looks pretty good don’t you think. I rang him yesterday and he seems to have all the right answers to the usual questions. Just got to try find some reasonable insurance first!!
  10. Thanks for that chaps, I'll make a start on them tomorrow on my day off. Fingers crossed...
