Hello every body , as the title says my 350z is not very well and i hope that some one can offer some advice please.

The problem is that when accelerating say to overtake a car the car speeds up but then stops accelerating for a couple of seconds then starts again eg it feels like when a rev limter or speed limiter cuts in.

When you blip the accelerator when stood still, it works ok .

There seems to be not problems if you drive around town .

I was fed up so a took the car to a local nissan dealer , after 2 hrs in the workshop they could find nothing wroung at all , they also said that the dianostic computer had been pluged into the car and showed nothing?

sorry for the long post but iam at my wits end with the car and its starting to spoil what was my ideal car

i have a jdm model and have replaced the head unit and all the speakers

i used the wiring adaptor for the micra model with no problems .

the earth wire from the adaptor just needs earthing to the car body, when you remove the panels to change the head unit it uncovers a couple of bolts that you can use to conect the black wire to.

Sounds a great idea , i hope it gets sorted out as it would be a good meeting

Sorry for leaving early when the storm started but we waitied for a while but when it didnt ease off i decided to set of for home (4hr drive back to home plus back at work at 5am sunday morning )

hello ive a header back mongoose system that does away with the cats .

The system is very good and sounds very nice . you can get a little drone the motor way so if you cover a lot of miles then go for a cat back system .

Ive had no problems with it but you think of any ques then please ask

hello when ive used a dents away type company ive always had the paint mixed up by a local car paint supplyer ( just give then the paint code ) . that way the match is spot on . then have the dents away company use that paint . you dont have to buy a lot as it goes a long way

other wise the dent away companys mix there paint on site using paint tints they carry with them .

I think i have the nissan dealer work shop manual on my hard drive if any body needs it i can send it to them

passed a very nice red 350 at cockerton on the outskirts of Darlington at aprox 17:00 on my way to work .

ive had a few jap imported cars with out any problems .

I went for a low mileage good spec jap car as i wonted to do virous mods to it over time and didnt wont to put all my extra money into the dealers pocket

as long as you find a good car at the right price does it matter if its uk or jap at the end of the day its still a 350z

Had a good day on sunday , nice to meet up and meet other 350z owners .

some very nice cars and goodies for sale on the trade stalls .

the drifting was spot on , i hope the sumo 350z receved good points .

Cant wait for the next show , we will all have to try to get there and have lots of more 350's on the stand

hello can any body help please ?

ive just bought a sony 7700mdx double din unit to replace the crap single din unit .

the only problem is that i havnt the conection page ( showing what each wire is for ) in english as the unit a jap spec one .

has any other members got this model fitted , if so could they please scan the page out the manual and email me it .

ive tryed sony on line to buy a english manual or down load one but with no luck

Ive been in contact with him by email , he says hes had to sell hes 350 due to money problems and will take £800 pounds for quick sale by cash transfer

when i said that ill come down and pick it up and give him cash no more emails ??

ive got hes email adress and its the same one that ive seen other members from the other 350z site (when it was free) shown when hes was trying to sell a hks super charger kit back then , but then he was saying he was from scotland , looks like this ebay scamer will not give up till hes found some one to part with there money
