  1. It is an indoor cover as described. It is not waterproof. My car is often left for periods of a couple of weeks in the garage, and the cover is effective for preventing dust and other general crap building up.

  6. Nissan may well be targeting the 911 market, but if they charge 911 prices, I think they are mis-judging the market. I love my Zed, but the residuals on a Porsche will leave a Nissan owner looking pretty sick. The only way I would choose the Skyline is if it offers equal performance for lots less money - otherwise I'll take the Porsche residuals any day.

  7. Good luck with the Zed.. :yahoo:

I also have a REVO chipped Cupra, and you may not feel the same kick in the Zed, but it is a deceptive car. I was in my Cupra one day and chased a guy in a Zed down a country road. It was easy to keep up initially, but he soon left me behind as the zed is just so much better round the bends - in a different league :#1:

  8. I agree - a useless star in a mediocre car is not much fun for the viewer.

The caravan piece was stupid really, but also very funny in places - I mean can James May actually be that useless at driving. Very unfair to caravanners - I had some great hols in mine years ago, when the kids were small and we couldn't afford anything else.

Clarkson is a complete opinionated arse, but also very watchable as he is so not PC - the others are just foils for him and his daft antics

  9. I am loving the 19" nismo wheels, but apart from the price :scare: , I'm concerned on the effects on ride quality. I don't want to ruin the comfort of my car and feel the ride is hard enough already, so what is the general concensus of the difference 19" wheels make - and please be honest......

  10. Abolutely unmissable - I love the way they stumble for answers when AMS asks 'OK then never mind all that bollocks - why shouldn't I fire YOU!'

That Alexa really couldn't think of any reason at all and neither could I. i hope none of her prospective future employers were watching - not a good addition to the old CV was it.....

  11. Personally, I would add a cautionary note to anyone thinking of changing the badges. I got the ones from Courtesy Nissan last year, but I thought they looked very cheaply manufactured  and sold them on rather than fitting them. I believe there have also been cases of the replacement tarnishing and discolouring. Therefore after due consideration, I decided I'm not ashamed it's a Nissan, so why try to disguise it.
