I am m8 but there's no banter there its all tech! Im not too concerned about the fuel cos i live in town but I am worried about the paddle clutch its a biatch and not covered by the warranty!!!!

6 1/2 inch will go in mate but you will need to use spacers and you may need to trim them down (Autoleads supply theese about a tenner).
If the tweeters are small enough they will sit behind the covers however you will probably need to flush fit them into the pod.
If you have BOSE prepare yourself for a bit of a headache as the system is active however here is a helpful guide with pictures:

I would get a repair quote first in case its not too expensive as not only will you have an excess to pay you may lose your no claims if they're not protected.
On that note though your home insurance may pay cover the excess????
