I had this code on 370gt(g37) 2009, and it went through different shops that couldn’t sort it and costed an arm an a leg for fk all. I just end up buying some aftermarket cats, when the shop was going to install the cats they found a sensor on the inside edge of the exhaust manifold was blown out of its socket. I didn’t even know there was a sensor in there neither did the shops. Could be that
