When I bought this car I realised that one of the windows would temporarily not go up or down, recently the window stop going up or down, I have changed the motor, but still no luck, any ideas?

I currently have a forced induction system, with k&n cold gas air intakes and oil filter, on top of Cobra Exhaust System + Sports CATS, I was hoping someone on the forum can help recommend mods that can bring the 350z to 400bhp, if possible please link price and equipment below

I have a 2007 350z HR, I am planning to go get the car tune I wanted to know what performance mods need before i currently have a forced induction system, K&N gas air intakes and filter + oil filter, I have serviced the car and placed new spark plugs (Denson Iridium) And finally I have a full cobra exhaust system
