Pull the wire from the sensor and take it to ground and check if the oil gauge moves.
Which wire should I ground out? There’s 3 separate ones, 12V, ground and the signal.
Thanks

Hi,
So I’m new to Z ownership and I have done an oil change and filter change. Afterwards, my oil pressure was reading as 0 and the oil light was on. I assumed it was the oil pressure sensor because it’s near the filter and I had a hard time getting the filter off so I could’ve damaged it in some way there.
I have tried 2 sensors now, a cheap eBay one and and OEM one from Torqen but the issue is exactly the same. I did a pressure test with a mechanical testing gauge and the pressure was good, so I know it’s not anything terrible.
I’m just a bit stuck as to where to go from here. Anyone got any ideas?
Thanks
