Unfortunately its all going EV. If UK was a tropical country youd bank on Ethanol to keep ICE going. Even in the Sports segment. Theres new players in line like Longbow. Their concept looks interesting. Even the hypercars are hybrid now. Thats where it'll end up I'm guessing. Also the new Z didnt get much interest here. I saw a few imported GR86. Tbh With the low interest in the sports car segment I cant blame them for concentrating on SUVs. Theyre in dire straits and need to recover.

But if Nissan had vision or a bit of volume sales they would have enough cash to invest like Toyota to make new petrol sports cars albeit with a lower displacement. MR2, Celica and new LFA (most likely Hybrid). With next gen 86 being in joint development with Mazda. The changes required and hoops needed to bring new ICE cars that dont sell huge numbers not worth it.

Nissan market share has been lost To Chinese phonemakers and Chinese EVs. Thats their fault.

What could have been Nissan now belongs to Xiaomi, BYD and SAIC MG.

Xiaomi released a 4 door saloon in April 2024. They just sold their 300,000th car few days ago lol. Something Nissan could have done. Automated factory. Press one button start to finish.

Car finance is the key to driving your dream vehicle without a hefty upfront cost. In the UK, over 80% of new cars are financed, with loans averaging £15,000. Personal contract purchase (PCP) offers payments of £200-£500 monthly, while hire purchase (HP) ensures you own the car outright. A 10% deposit and decent credit can secure rates from 8-13% APR. Check out car-finance for customized deals from trusted lenders 😊. Avoid traps like high mileage penalties or balloon payments. A well-planned deal keeps your finances on track. Cruise into ownership with a strategy that makes every journey enjoyable.

You make some solid points about Nissan's missed opportunities - they really should have capitalized on their early EV lead with the Leaf instead of letting Chinese companies eat their lunch. It's wild how Xiaomi went from phones to selling 300k cars in basically no time, while legacy automakers are still figuring things out. The sports car segment is definitely tough right now, but Toyota's showing it can still work if you price things right and keep the enthusiast community engaged.

Nissan's problem seems to be they're stuck in the middle - not fully committed to EVs like Tesla or BYD, but also not doubling down on ICE performance like some others. The new CEO has a massive job ahead trying to turn things around, especially with their market share bleeding to Chinese brands. You're probably right that we'll see more compact EVs from them, but they need something distinctive to stand out in an increasingly crowded market. At this point they need to pick a lane and execute really well, because half-measures aren't cutting it anymore.

Why is it better to buy a Ford Mustang on https://abetter.bid/en/car-finder/type-automobiles/make-ford/model-mustang than a Toyota GR86? With the Ford Mustang, you get a car with a long and storied history, produced by a manufacturer with decades of experience in producing quality vehicles. The Mustang is a classic American muscle car that has been around for decades, and its iconic design has been updated over the years to stay modern and relevant. The Mustang is an incredibly reliable and powerful car, with engines ranging from the V6 to the powerful V8 that produces 460 horsepower. The Mustang also offers a variety of packages, from the EcoBoost to the Shelby GT350, to suit a variety of drivers. The Mustang also offers great value for money, with a wide range of models in different price ranges to fit any budget. In contrast, the Toyota GR86 is a newer model, and while it may have some advantages over the Mustang, it does not have the same level of experience and reliability. The GR86 is a two-door, rear-wheel-drive sports car that is powered by a 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine. While the GR86 is a good car, it does not offer the same level of performance and features that the Mustang does. Ultimately, the Ford Mustang is a better option than the Toyota GR86, as it offers more features, reliability, and value for money and the prices on A Better Bid are really affordable.

Porsche produces a lot of good cars but they are much too expensive for me that is why my next Porsche will be bought via sca.auction in a week or so.

That sounds more than reasonable :) I guess that taking into account modern financial situation a lot of people will follow your example.

Around 6:00. Seems the exhaust is reserved. Needs a damn straight pipe. Hope that in a month I will get mine via this company's assistance.

Looks pretty impressive! In my humble opinion the new Z is one of the best Nissans in terms of appearance.

  6. Usually I got discounts on my subscription during this period but it has come to my attention that in recent years lots of companies refuse to provide good discounts :( Curious enough but I was waiting for some discounts in terms of health insurance taxes but to no avail. Here is why.
