No lights,misfire, engine sounds sweet, seems to go well, though very new to me. Taking to someone to have a look at and hopefully diagnose a solution. So I am grateful to this forum to get me to this point very quickly, and I hope for a positive outcome.

I'm new to the site and after reading your story, I'm filled with both admiration( for your tenacity) and dread. I have just got a 350 with high mileage that had supposed to have had a full engine rebuild, 1000 miles ago.Many receipts for parts. And has started smoking badly after getting it home. None when I viewed?? What to do and where to put it is now even more worrying after your story.

Hi everyone just joined as I have become a 04 350z owner. I never really had any intension of buying one but thought it would make an interesting track car. It seemed fine when purchased but has developed issues very quickly since getting it home. I think it will be sitting in shed for some time to come. I'm an old fat guy and thought I knew enough not to get caught out, certainly feel a real wally. Anyway its still good to join a forum who certainly seem very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. I may be asking many questions soon once my despondency diminishes a bit. Cheers
