It's done 109k. Can I take readings from the dipstick or will I need to drain the oil?

Its 2004 DE its pretty bad have to top up after every longer journey. I dont know how much exactly per mileage but is noticeable.

Hi Guys, I have an issue with high oil consumption on my 350z. I have done compression test and all 6 cylinders are around 185psi on the 6 stroke during test so it seems compression is fine. I dont have a compressor to do leak down test which would be more accurate. Car drives well but I am worrying it might be problem with rings or valve seals. I took pictures of the spark plugs (do they look like car is burning oil?). I wonder if anyone here had similar issue and is able to give me some advice?
