I found out it was a bad earth to battery and has been fine since - sorry forgot to update thread!

Hi - I can't find a thread for this so here goes... Sometimes when I start and sometimes (alarmingly) when I am driving the triple gauges stop working. This causes oil pressure light to come on. Usually it rights itself so I'm thinking a dodgy connection somewhere unless this is a catalogued fault? Any ideas? - not sure how to get at the gauges under the plastic cover... Now seems a good time to investigate since I can't drive it very much at the moment..(boo-hoo).
