Thanks to you both. Owner has only had it 6 months, he hasnt done much miles n neither has previous owner apparently. Said gearbox is fine but by sounds of it using "very little oil" but thats in the little miles he said hes done so cant tell if its a burner. Wat you guys think on price for 05 at 63k gt?

Hopefully this isn't an issue and allowed. Im searching for a 350z to buy and was wondering (if i post them in here) if previous owners or anyone who knows the car could give anymore info. I've never owned (or driven) a 350z so any information would be beneficial. Hi all, I'm a fresh member on here and currently looking for a 350Z. Never owned one before but I have been doing some research and I've read quite a few topics on here. This forum actually has quite a good rep on the internet and is often recommended over at pistonheads or on social media etc. I've just sold my previous car which was a modified hot hatch with approx 300bhp. I was really interested in buying/importing a Honda Integra DC5 which are around 220bhp with the whole VTEC thing. The main reason I am now thinking against the Integra is basically the 350z. The price that these things are now it's a lot of car for the money. I've weighed up the pros/cons and am now leaning towards a 350z. I was originally going to go for a HR model but some of the older ones are very cheap that it's hard not to justify those. I'm guessing it's nothing that can't be sorted with an exhaust, intake and remap? 300bhp on the DE like the HR i mean. My main concern, is the gearbox. I've read quite a bit about failing syncro's and clunky shifts. MOT history seems pretty good. When i bought my last car it took 2 years to get right (unfortunately i bought a bit of a lemon). Engine rebuild, gearbox rebuild, new turbo, the lot. So quite paranoid about the next purchase...don't want instant stress if you know what i mean. Anyway, thanks to anyone who looks or can give any information on the car.
