    Jdm obd

Hello i bought nissan 350z 2003 which is brought from japan to finland, where i live. it hasn't been registered yet. But to register it to finland it needs to meet obd standards and i took it to mot test and they couldn't read fault codes, even i can do it with my own diagnostic tool. But how i can get it to meet european obd standards? i have heard about changing ecu or obd simulators but now quite sure which would be cheapest and easiest way to do it. I also need coc certificate. does anyone have a copy coc certificate?
