  1. Having trouble finding rear discs for myv2005 import 350z.

Had the car 4 years and first time I've had to do the rear discs. When I first got the car the rear calipers needed replacing. I had issues getting them right untill the murano ones fitted as they were the same as the originals. I order some 350z rear discs took them to my local village garage and they did not fit so they got some murano ones.......they seemed to be OK but don't match up thebhamd break shoes ect so they are now no good. He has tryed all his suppliers they all keep coming up with a 19 size and the ones they took off need to be 17 any help would be great full. I've dropped a old disc off at nissan but it could take them days to find out. Any help please.

  2. Was looking on hear at some old info about km to miles conversions I read when you get it changed to mph it still records mileage in km. Mine was done with the chip conversion and from the moment it goes in it records the mileage in miles but doest convert previous miles done in km before the installation so it depends on how your import was converted as there are a few ways it can be done.

  3. I saw it on a youtube video of one they had at a car show in america on the Nissan stand. From what I can see the 400z will be made but  being turbocharged is still a question mark.

  4. Can anybody reccomend some long lasting LED side lights as in 2 years I've gone through 3 pairs. I've bought ones from £5.99 to £14 but after so many months one starts to fail on either side and they are not 2 min job to replace and doing my head in lol. Most people seems to say they are just hit and miss how long they last. Just to add I only use on a dull day and hardly drive at night time so it's not the fact of over use. Cheers.

Sorry I meant just the rear bumper - the rest of the car seems the same pane to panel but the bumper looked noticeably different against both the boot and rear arch.

    It's the picture m8 everything matches : )

Its the photo seems to change colour a bit in different light due to the pearlesent paint.

And any slight shadow from  buildings ect make it look more of a cream colour. Same with weather dull days it look more cream clear days its super white but compared to VW bmw ford whites ect sitting  next to them it looks cream.

  7. I've been reading through this thread and wanted to shed some light on my import ST DE 2005 350z. That was registered in the uk 2007.20190907_013610.jpg.36d843fb3bb6e20210940ffd15e4b650.jpg

Mine has 18" wheels (the ones that look like the GTR wheels)

Last owner fitted skyline front calipers with brembro discs.

Full tan leather electric heated seats. Sat nav (now removed) steering wheel controls pearlesent white paint square number plate moulded rear bumper.

    Electric folding mirrors via switch.

Has the bottom arch body kit things on all for corners.

Auto box with Snow normal and power driving  switch. Xenon head lights.

Bose sound system (only speakers remain after touch screen install)

And mine is confirmed 294 bhp from the factory . I've fitted stainless zorst and Y pipe and moshi motor induction kit with heat shield. Iam getting it reflashed next spring. Hope this helps anybody out whith comparisons.

  8. I bought 2 new black with red insert badges I done the front one and when I took the rear off my 2005 import there was no badge holes so iam super happy and leaving the back debadged apart from the black 350z badge.

Is this common to not have no badge holes on boot lip as most people (mainly American videos) have to have to badge holes filled?  Cheers.

  9. Had my roof down yesterday took 4 attempts as first time since August last but works perfect now. The material needs some time to adjust after being stretched all them months. Try a hand full of times keep your finger on the button for a while once down to help it fold in then roof back backup and repete each time you will notice the roof go further in till the lid will come down.
